This story just keeps getting more heartbreaking with each passing hour.
It’s been just over two days since a gunman shot and killed 49 people at a gay nightclub in Orlando, Florida, and we’re slowly getting more harrowing details about the tragedy from survivors.
Norman Casiano was one of 53 people injured by Omar Mateen‘s AR-15, but he managed to escape Pulse Nightclub despite two bullet wounds to his back.

Unfortunately, his survival didn’t come without a cost… because his account of what happened early Sunday morning is as tragic as it is graphic.
Norman stopped by Good Morning America to share his story with Amy Robach, and while we already knew the shooter was deranged, he apparently “laughed once” while shooting his first victim in the bathroom.
We are simply at a loss for words.
