Amy Schumer‘s stand-up show at New York City’s Madison Square Garden was a bit out of the ordinary on Tuesday night.
During the show, the comedian decided to read a non-apology letter to the Donald Trump supporters who walked out of her show in Tampa, Florida earlier in the week — but that wasn’t the first surprise of the night!

Before Schumer took to the stage, Madonna surprised the crowd by opening for her friend with a short but sweet standup set!
After the show, Madge thanked the funny lady on Instagram, writing in the caption:
“So much fun opening up for @amyschumer at Madison Square Garden tonight!! It was short but it was sweet (like me). I’m forever changed! Love you Amy!!”
AH-Mazing! Seeing as Schumer opened for the pop icon earlier this year, we LOVE that the songstress returned the favor!
