You might find this hard to believe, Perezcious readers, but apparently Kanye West had completely good intentions when he met with Donald Trump.
As you probably know by now, the rapper had a chat with the President-Elect while in New York on Tuesday.

There’s been plenty of speculation that the 39-year-old only met up with the Republican to gain a seat in his Cabinet — which, to be fair, apparently doesn’t require any sort of qualified experience or moral integrity.
However, TMZ is revealing that Yeezy’s meeting motivations are actually GOOD ones!
Sources close to the songsmith say ‘Ye is hoping his relationship with the conservative celebrity could help end violence in Chicago.
The tabloid insists there was no political talk during this specific conversation, but the hitmaker apparently plans to get even closer to Trump once he’s sworn in, in order to eventually promote peace in the Illinois city.
In fact, Kanye even confirmed his inspirational intentions on Twitter, writing:
I wanted to meet with Trump today to discuss multicultural issues.

These issues included bullying, supporting teachers, modernizing curriculums, and violence in Chicago.

And it looks like he might not be Trump’s possible opponent in the 2020 election anymore, because Yeezus also suggested that he’s postponing his presidential run by four years by adding:
