Saturday Night Live was back last night, and they meant business!
With Octavia Spencer hosting, and Father John Misty performing, the show went deep on a LOT of different skits this weekend, including a lead-off cold open with Kate McKinnon and Leslie Jones lampooning Attorney General Jeff Sessions‘ alleged ties to Russia (above)!!!

Compared to SNL episodes of late, though, it wasn’t a super political night on the show — and they covered just about everything you can imagine in a varied night led by Spencer’s wit and charm!
