In December, City National Bank sued Tori Spelling and husband Dean McDermott after they took out a $400,000 loan in 2010, but still had an outstanding balance of $188,000.

The bank also accused Donna Martin of overdrawing $17,000 from her checking account.
This week, the couple were scheduled to appear in court to settle the case… but they totally flaked! According to Daily Mail, the judge then hit them with a $220,000 default judgment!
In addition to City National, the McDermott family has been ordered to pay debts from the IRS, American Express, and Dean’s ex Mary Jo Eustace for child support. As we reported in April, the IRS drained both of their bank accounts.
What a mess…
