Thomas Ravenel will head to court for his sexual assault case.
Weeks after the Southern Charm alum was arrested and charged with second-degree assault and battery, a South Carolina judge found probable cause for the charges during a preliminary hearing.
The Bravo star did not appear in court Monday morning, but his accuser, Nanny Dawn, was present.
As we reported, Dawn accused the 56-year-old of raping her in 2015 at his home in Charleston, South Carolina, while his daughter Kensington Calhoun was sleeping nearby.

Ravenel’s former nanny claimed that he “corralled” her into the master bedroom, pulled down her pants, and grabbed her vagina. Dawn said she escaped the alleged assault and immediately took photos of the injuries to her neck and chest.
The reality star has denied Dawn’s allegations, as well the separate sexual assault accusations made against him by a woman he met on Tinder in 2015.
A trial date has not yet been set.
