Angelina Jolie Reportedly STILL 'Has A Lot Of Resentment' Toward Brad Pitt

Some wounds just don’t heal!

According to multiple sources, Angelina Jolie is still having a hard time moving past aspects of her separation from ex Brad Pitt.

An insider explained to Us Weekly:

“Angelina still has a lot of resentment toward Brad. She wants him to be held accountable because she feels he turned her and the children’s lives upside down.”

Can you understand where Angie is coming from? After all, they do have six kids together: Maddox Chivan, Pax Thien, Zahara Marley, Shiloh Nouvel, Knox Léon, and Vivienne Marcheline.

As we’ve previously reported on more than one occasion, the relationship between the Fight Club star and eldest child Maddox has been particularly impacted by Brangelina’s split, with rumors of things even coming to a physical altercation between the 18-year-old and his father.

A second confidant chimed in:

“Before the divorce, the entire family led a very nomadic existence, and that was because of Angie’s restlessness. Brad wanted the kids to have stability while Angie always said they were giving the children an idyllic childhood by exposing them to different countries, languages and experiences.”

Most recently, the 44-year-old spoke out during an interview with Harper’s BAZAAR about some of the “pain” her brood has been through (seemingly since the separation of their ‘rents) and how they’ve helped heal her:

“The part of us that is free, wild, open, curious can get shut down by life. By pain or by harm. My children know my true self, and they have helped me to find it again and to embrace it. They have been through a lot. I learn from their strength. As parents, we encourage our kids to embrace all that they are, and all that they know in their hearts to be right, and they look back at us and want the same for us.”

So sweet!!

The Oscar recipient continued:

“I am conscious every day that I have… the ability to encourage my children to explore the world, including the world of ideas and expression, without there being limits to what they are allowed to study or know or imagine themselves doing in the future… I want the children to grow up in the world — not just learning about it but living it and having friends around the world.”
