Mia Michaels Returning To So You Think You Can Dance!

But so far just as a guest judge.

Choreographer Mia Michaels is coming back to So You Think You Can Dance for the Season 7 audition rounds in New York City.

Mia joined both exec producer Nigel Lythgoe and Adam Shankman at the judges’ panel in the Bronx yesterday. While she’s only been confirmed for the NYC round of auditions, she says of potential return as a choreographer for SYTYCD:

“[Nigel and I] have a great relationship and if it’s meant to be, it’ll be. But right now, I’m focusing on my brand, exploring my new shows and a few other things.”

While we’d rather be watching her choreography, it will still be nice to have her back on board at least for a little while.
