Remember that show Celebrity Wife Swap?
It was a reality television series that tracked the lives of two celebrity families as they temporarily exchanged wives/mothers, giving each woman the opportunity to experience a completely different household, lifestyle, and set of family rules.
The first part of the experiment has each woman follow the rules and routines of her “new” family. Then, during the second part, she can set her own household rules for the family to follow. Friction usually happens, but in the best case scenarios, so do open minds and expanded perspectives. At the end of the episode the families are then asked to reflect on what they learned from the experience.
In 2013, Kendra Wilkinson swapped places with Kate Gosselin. And now, with Collin Gosselin‘s child abuse allegations against Kate becoming more of a viral topic thanks to the release of his memoir, fans are wondering if Kendra noticed anything.
On Thursday, the Girls Next Door alum was straight up asked by a fan on Instagram:
“Did you notice anything about Collin when you visited the Celebrity Wife Swap episode?”
She responded by saying while it was a “long time ago,” she does remember “he leaned on me a little” and in general she “did feel bad and awkward filming at times”.
Feeling overwhelmed by all the cameras in a new environment with eight children, the former Playboy model recalls a moment when she “gathered the kids” and “told them to run from the cameras into the woods.”
“We all ran away. [That] was a moment I’ll never forget.”
Aw, it sounds like Kendra really did her best to stay in the present and make the experience positive for the kids.

Jon Gosselin has recently suggested his ex-wife should face criminal charges. In response to a question asking him how he feels about Kate bringing up mental health in response to Collin, Jon told Entertainment Tonight:
“She needs to stop. He is not mentally ill. I would definitely have grounds to sue Kate for defamation and libel. I don’t even think it’s suing. I think it’s just criminal charges. So that’s up to the state. It has to be criminal. Let’s put the shoe on the other foot. What if I did these so-called things? Where would I be sitting right now? I’d be sitting in a jail, I’d be wearing a jumpsuit, and we’d be doing a live feed. Let it be known. There were a lot of people that could have done something and did nothing. And I have your names.”
Collin, meanwhile, has said he’s simply hoping for an apology and acknowledgment of his experience.
Kate has adamantly denied the claims, insisting everything she did was at the advice of pediatric specialists.
