Tyler Perry‘s next film For Colored Girls Who Have Considered Suicide When the Rainbow is Enuf, based on the 1975 award winning play, will feature an all-star cast — including not only Janet Jackson, but also Mariah Carey!
Two divas in the same movie? Amazing!
Other ladies taking on roles in the film include Whoopi Goldberg, Phylicia Rashad, Kerry Washington, Jurnee Smollett, Macy Gray, Kimberly Elise, and Loretta Devine.
The film is going to start filming in June with an anticipated release date in winter 2010 or 2011.
