After losing both Reese Witherspoon and Abbie Cornish because he was stoopid, Ryan Phillippe was spotted kissing a new little lady on Monday at the Roosevelt Hotel in El Lay!
Sources say the unknown brunette looked to be in her 20s and was noticeably holding Ryan’s hand throughout the evening. The couple mingled with the other guests at Snoop’s new album and movie release party and shared four bottles of champagne with some friends.
