We can’t believe it’s come to this!
After we reported the tragic resurrection of Overboard, another classic Goldie Hawn flick is being remade – Private Benjamin.
The 1980 comedy centered around a spoiled woman who joing the army after her husband dies during sex on their wedding night.
The new version, starring Anna Faris, will be set in modern times with the current wars as the backdrop. Sources say that no one wants to make fun of servicemen and women, but bring to light empowerment issues and build on the fish-out-of-water comedy.
Stoopid.
