Gabourey Sidibe's Mom To Compete On America's Got Talent

Gabourey Sidibe‘s mother and singer Alice Tan Ridley is all set to perform in front of the judges of America’s Got Talent! Ridley says:

“I have received an e-mail from the producers of the show and I have to appear before the judges in April. It’s a big break for me and I would like to follow in Susan Boyle’s footsteps and become a star in my own right.

“I love the judges, Sharon [Osbourne] and Piers [Morgan], and I├óΓé¼Γäóm really looking forward to trying and impress them although I have not decided what I will sing or wear yet. Singing is what I do so I’m looking forward to appearing on America├óΓé¼Γäós Got Talent and showing people what I can really do.”
