Though the sequel isn’t getting the best reviews, the Iron Man himself, Robert Downey Jr. says that a third film in the franchise will be “going down.”
Though it might be a long time coming with so many other superhero franchises in the works over at Marvel Studios, Robert admits he has some ideas of his own for the third flick’s storyline, ones he thinks the studio will back him on. He said:
“I have some pretty strong ideas, but they never seem to be too discordant with what the creative execs at Marvel are thinking anyway.”
How about you get through raking in the $$$ on Iron Man 2 first before you start looking to the future.
