Her lawyer must really be busting her ass!
Lindsay Lohan‘s lawyer Shawn Chapman Holly had a secret meeting regarding her client with the Los Angeles County Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers and Judge Marsha Revel in the judge’s chambers!
The three of them met for about 45 minutes to talk about Lindsay’s probation. The judge wanted to talk to Holly about the reports that Lindsay possibly violated her probation from her DUI arrest by missing her weekly alcohol education classes.
Lindsay’s lawyer says:
“Though there have been occasional weeks when Lindsay has missed her alcohol treatment class, she has always managed to make up the class the following week by attending two classes.”For this reason, we contend that Ms. Lohan is in substantial compliance with the conditions of her probation.”
We’ll just have to see what the judge rules when LiLo’s progress report is discussed at her next hearing on May 20.
