The Damn Volcano Strikes Again!

Not cool, Eyjafjallajokull!

As Iceland’s pissed off volcano continues to spew its misery, the Cannes Film Festival is in serious jeopardy of not going up as planned. Though France’s Nice airport, the hub for the festival, still remains open, many flights from the surrounding countries are still delayed and cancelled.

The tight scheduled festival will most likely have to wing it if media and celebrities are unable to make it on time due to the ash. We feel like no one is going to be particularly happy about that.

As of now, there are no plans to cancel Cannes outright, but it doesn’t look like it is going to be much of party if folks can’t get to it.

Boo, volcano!
