Justin Timberlake will open his golf course in his hometown of Memphis, Tennessee on July 10th. And it’s very special for the singer – it was where he learned to hit a golf ball!
“This was the course where my dad taught me to hit a golf ball. I was really young, so all I really cared about was girls at the time,” said the star of the Miramichi Lakes country club. “We actually have done some pretty cool things with this course; we had to re-do the whole course. We’re the first course in America to be certified an eco-friendly golf course.”
If you’re gonna do it, at least he did it right! Congrats!
