As we previously mentioned, Lance Armstrong filed a federal lawsuit against the United States Anti-Doping Agency (USADA).
He claimed that the USADA’s rules violate athletes├óΓé¼Γäó constitutional rights to a fair trial and that their CEO has a personal vendetta against him.
Well a judge just dismissed Lance’s lawsuit.
He can appeal the dismissal order but we’re not sure if he will.
If he really didn’t take anything, the truth should be found out in arbitration.
Because it’s either go to arbitration or accept their terms and be banned from the sport forever!
Lance has inspired so many, it’d be so sad to see his career end this way.
