It looks like Aaron Hernandez has another victim to add to his growing list!
Fortunately, it had nothing to do with violence!
Mary Schwalm is the photographer who is responsible for “Thrill and Agony,” the award-winning picture that was recently removed from the Pro Football Hall Of Fame.
Well she’s understandably very upset about the move and recently spoke out about the whole incident, saying:
“It is disappointing. I was able to say, ├óΓé¼╦£I have a photo hanging in the Hall of Fame.├óΓé¼Γäó Can I still say that?”
It certainly is disappointing, especially when you consider Mary was the first and only woman to ever be honored with the award!
She went on to say:
“It├óΓé¼Γäós about the photographer and the photograph. It├óΓé¼Γäós not about who├óΓé¼Γäós in the photograph. ├óΓé¼┬ª To win that award in such a competitive environment ├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥ you├óΓé¼Γäóre going against Sports Illustrated, all of those. If you look at the list of winners, it├óΓé¼Γäós a who├óΓé¼Γäós who of photographers.”
It’s definitely a tough spot for the Hall of Fame to be in. It’s understandable that they would want to separate themselves from Aaron in any way possible at this point. But this photo is honoring Mary, not him.
At the end of the day, she’s really the one who’s being punished for his crime.
