This is great nostalgia news!!
ABC and Sony Pictures Television have decided to revive the classic game show The $100,000 Pyramid, and they’ll be bringing it back on a weekly prime-time series with Michael Strahan the host!

The show, which was iconic throughout the 1970s and 80s, will get a revamp with a ten-episode run this coming summer on the TV network, with Strahan trying to replace a legend, in former host Dick Clark!
As for format, it sounds like the show is going to remain pretty much the same: two teams of celebs & guests will partner up and receive various word-association clues, and the winning team will then get to play for a big money round at the end of the show.
We can’t wait!!!
