This is ridiculous!
Abercrombie & Fitch banned a loyal customer because, wait for it, she was purchasing too many clothes.
Umm and that’s a bad thing?
It all went down after Kim Navarra placed a $200+ order online only to receive an email telling her it was canceled because they assumed she was reselling their merchandise.
To add insult to injury, the preppy retailer said they wouldn’t accept any future orders from her to protect their intellectual property rights.
Wow.
Once the story was picked up by a local news station, Abercrombie realized Kim was actually buying the clothes for herself and allowed her to make the purchase.
A&F also stated she was only banned from making online purchases and could have used the card at one of their stores.
