Actress Suing IMDB For Exposing Her Age Must Reveal Her Name...Or The Case Is Dismissed!

That’s what she gets for filing a ridiculous lawsuit!
To recap, back in October, an anonymous actress who lives in Texas filed a lawsuit against the Internet Movie Database (IMDB) for $1 million, because the website revealed that she is approaching 40 years old. Ugh.
Then in November, IMDB’s owner Amazon.com struck back against the actress, and tried to get the case dismissed because the woman had reportedly “first tried to get the service to post a false birthdate so she could fool potential Hollywood employers into thinking she was younger than she actually is.”
Not only that, but IMDB said that if the case continues, the woman needs to reveal her name because they “cannot fairly defend against the Complaint in this case with the identity of the plaintiff secreted.”
Looks like IMDB’s request was granted, because a federal judge has now ruled that the woman must reveal her name, otherwise the case will be dismissed.
The woman has fourteen days to make a decision. We’re thinking/hoping that she’ll do the right thing and throw this absurd lawsuit out!
What do U think? Should this woman be forced to reveal her name???
