Or the filmmakers of Giallo are screwed.
In Los Angeles this morning, a judge ruled in favor of actor Adrien Brody, who was suing the producer of the horror film for not being fully paid for the role.
In the official ruling, the filmamkers are forbidden to use Adrien’s likeness until he is paid. Therefore, the movie can not be distributed, sold or even show in anyway until there is $640,000 more dollars in his pocket.
Wow! That’s a lot to jip the guy. We’d be pissed too.
Better get a move on if you ever want that movie to see the light of day!
