This thing’s gonna go on forever!
We mentioned earlier in the week that Minnesota’s current certified Senate seat winner, Al Franken , filed a motion to dismiss current loser Norm Coleman‘s suit to dismiss the state’s recount findings.
Well, on Thursday, a three judge panel found in favor of Al’s nemesis, Norm.
They rejected Franken’s argument that their review should be confined to determining if the recount was mathematically correct and that the court has jurisdiction to determine whether votes were legally cast.
Coleman’s suit will move forward and a NEW trial will start on Monday.
Poor Minnesota!
