Have Alex Cooper and her husband Matt Kaplan gone into hiding after complaints about his behavior in their company?
ICYMI, Matt was accused of “frequently yelling” at Unwell employees — so much so, that there are even allegations he made seasoned professionals cry from his harsh attitude! Not cool! And now, to make things look even worse, he and Alex skipped out on a very important company meeting!

The company had an all-hands meeting on Tuesday amid several concerns, including show launches, employee retention, and Matt’s alleged behavior. And ironically, the man of the hour himself was absent!
Per Bloomberg on Wednesday, CMO T.J. Marchetti hosted the meeting and acknowledged, among other things, that their employee departures are lower than average for a startup of their size. He also discussed plans to expand the company’s leadership and grow the business. But man, not having Alex OR Matt on deck to talk some of these things out? Ouch!!
It kinda seems like a slap in the face, doesn’t it? Even if these allegations aren’t true, it seems like the least they could do was SHOW UP!
