Amanda Knox is facing an appeals trial for the 2007 death of Meredith Kercher, but Amanda is refusing to be there when all the dramz goes down.
After being acquitted of the murder in 2011, Amanda was hit by a ton of bricks when it was announced the case would be appealed despite there not really being any new evidence against her.
As the case gears up in Florence, Amanda has told her lawyers she won’t be returning to go through it all over again. And we certainly can’t blame her!
Even though she was convicted in 2009, it was overturned in 2011, and Amanda soon began getting back to a normal life in Seattle.
And we’re guessing she plans to continue that normal life instead of reliving her past with another court case in Italy.
