The new device isn’t just a home assistant with Alexa technology — it also doubles as a selfie machine AND a personal stylist!
Echo Look takes full-length photos and videos of users for the specific purpose of outfit-checking their fashion choices in the morning. It’s the closest thing we have to Cher’s wardrobe matching machine in Clueless!
The device is voice activated, and answers commands like “Alexa, take a photo,” so you don’t have to use that antiquated reflective surface people call a mirror.

When taking a video, users can spin around 360 degrees to get a recorded clip — or they can look real time at your outfit selection. So you know how your butt looks from every angle!
But that’s not all! The device also hooks up to the Echo Look app feature called Style Check, which uses machine learning algorithms and style experts’ advice to tell you which of your outfits is the best choice.
It’s like having your very own stylist at the (comparatively) low cost of $200!
The device also comes with the standard base of Alexa, so users can also check the weather to see if they should add an umbrella to their hot new ensem.
