Amber Portwood is officially off the market!
According to an Us Weekly source, the Teen Mom OG star has a new boyfriend six months after her dramatic split from baby daddy Andrew Glennon.
The insider revealed that Amber’s new man, Europe native Dimitri Garcia, is in his late 30s and a parent of his own — he’s posted several pics of his son and daughter on his Instagram page — and apparently slid into the reality star’s DMs after watching a few episodes of her MTV show!

The source dished:
“Amber is dating him. Dimitri has only seen her show a few times. He’s not a superfan or anything; he’s just a guy who happened to watch the show. He thought she was pretty and reached out to her via social media.”
Ah, modern romance!
The source also noted that the relationship is still in the early stages, adding:
“She’s just getting to know him. They’ve been spending time together at her place. He’s a breath of fresh air.”
Great to hear!
As fans know, this new romance comes after a tumultuous past few months for the 29-year-old, who split from Glennon in July 2019 when she was arrested in Indiana for domestic battery. According to reports, the former couple were having a disagreement when Portwood allegedly attacked the 35-year-old with a machete while he was holding their now-20-month-old son, James.

The two have struggled to amicably co-parent since. As we reported, Amber filed a motion on Monday for her ex to be held in contempt of court after he allegedly violated the pair’s custody agreement for James over the holidays. Apparently, their existing parental agreement stated that James would spend Christmas Day with Amber, but Andrew instead reportedly skipped town last minute with the tot and failed to notify her.
In addition to the alleged violation, Amber came forward with claims that James was severely bitten by a dog while in his father’s care. She alleged Glennon waited three days to finally send her a pic of the injury and neglected to share any info about James’ initial urgent care visit, adding that the photo she received of James showed him with a black eye and a bandaged nose, “indicating that the injury was more than a ‘nip.’”
Portwood is demanding increased parenting time to make up for what she lost during the holidays and requested that her ex foot the bill for her accrued legal expenses.
Sounds like a new man in her life is exactly what she needs!
