But at least we know Amber Rose and baby Sebastian will be taken care of, to the tune of nearly $1 million!
Before she and rapper Wiz Khalifa got married a year ago, the model turned reality TV star allegedly demanded a prenup – more than 8 pages long.
According to her legal docs, Amber wants spousal support in addition to a one-time cash pay-out. The problem is…there’s a specific clause in the paperwork denying any additional money on top of the primary payment.

And even though Miz Rose called her husband out for cheating on Twitter, there’s nothing in their agreement about infidelity.
She’s also asking for full legal and physical custody of their son – which a judge will ultimately decide.
