Charlie Sheen is long gone from his former TV show, Two and A Half Men, but his long-lost daughter has suddenly been found!
And she’s being played by Amber Tamblyn!
After the Sheen Dream split from the CBS comedy, writers decided to kill his character Charlie Harper off the show. Now they’re keeping his memory alive with the addition of his illegitimate lesbian daughter Jenny to the cast!
Show creator Chuck Lorre talked about the addition of some estrogen on the series, saying:
“The show has had enough testosterone to last a lifetime. Part of the fun in this has been creating a character that is equal to the task of stepping on the stage with Jon Cryer and Ashton Kutcher. That’s a big job.”
Sources say Amber will be in at least 5 episodes this season and could even REPLACE Angus T. Jones on the series altogether!
Angus was at odds with the Eye network last year after he called the sitcom he’s been on since he was 9-years-old “filth”!
Jones’ role on the show’s 11th season is expected to be part-time at best after reports that he has his sights set on college now.
We think teaming Amber up with Ashton Kutcher and Jon Cryer is a great idea! But will they still call the show Two and A Half Men?
