America’s Got Talent Singer, Kicked Out By Parents For Being Gay, Stuns With Performance!

So inspiring!!
America’s Got Talent welcomed 20-year-old Jonathan Allen to the show’s New Orleans auditions yesterday, and boy, were they in for an emotional few minutes!
The very talented singer took to the stage to perform a STELLAR rendition of Andrea Bocelli’s Time To Say Goodbye, but it was Jonathan’s backstory that melted our hearts before he even grabbed the mic.
This youngin’s parents forced him to move out of their home on his 18th birthday because they disapproved of his gay lifestyle. So horrible!
Jonathan explained:

├óΓé¼┼ôMy parents, they didn├óΓé¼Γäót really support my lifestyle… I haven├óΓé¼Γäót seen my parents in about two and a half years. I love them with all my heart. I don├óΓé¼Γäót know if they still love me. It├óΓé¼Γäós been difficult and music is what makes me feel like I belong.├óΓé¼┬¥

He added:

├óΓé¼┼ôIn my darkest moments I can escape through music. I want them to see what I├óΓé¼Γäóve done with my life, and I├óΓé¼Γäóm not a bad person for being who I am… I want them to see that. I just hope I can make them proud.├óΓé¼┬¥

Following his performance, judge Howie Mandel told Jonathan:

├óΓé¼┼ôYour own family disowned you, but with your talent, this show has become your family, and we’d like to say ├óΓé¼╦£welcome home. We love you. We accept you. And we’re so proud that you came here.├óΓé¼Γäó├óΓé¼┬¥
