For those who don’t know, Amy Poehler and Meredith Walker started an amazing organization called Smart Girls which encourages young girls to strive for better and bigger in a society where there’s intense pressure to play dumb. While the foundation works all year long, it especially shines during award show season with its #SmartGirlsAsk series.

In the #SmartGirlsAsk movement, reporters (directed by @smrtgrls on Twitter), ask celeb women AND men deeper questions than simply, “What are you wearing?”
