Thursday morning the Trainwreck star took to Twitter once again to clarify her comment, assuring everyone the show had absolutely NOT been cancelled.
But it wasn’t all good news for fans of the Comedy Central sketch show. She wrote:
#InsideAmySchumer is not cancelled. @ComedyCentral has provided us with a wonderful home and we couldn’t be happier there. I am just touring

I’m grateful @ComedyCentral is giving me this time to work on other projects. Now please grab my book #TheGirlWithTheLowerBackTattoo for now

So there will be more Inside Amy Schumer… just not for “the foreseeable future.” Bummer!
But we can’t say we’re surprised!
We mean, between touring, writing a book, making movies with Jennifer Lawrence and Goldie Hawn… who has time to cowrite and produce and star in a TV show?!
Do YOU think Amy will ever come back to her show?
