It saddens us to report that we will no longer be getting a double helping of Anderson Cooper on CNN!
The Silver Fox’s weekday nighttime show, Anderson Cooper 360├é┬░, will continue to air new episodes at 8pm, but it will no longer air repeats at 10pm.
Say it isn’t so!!!
The axe is due to major changes at the network by chief Jeff Zucker, who plans to give a new hire the 10pm slot.
A source at CNN said:
“Losing an hour of Anderson a night means that Jeff has more to play with, hire heavyweight talent and play chess with the rest of his primetime shows.”
Don’t worry TOO much though, because Anderson’s high ratings secure his 8 pm slot for the foreseeable future!
Phew!
We’re all for new talent, but is it possible to find someone at least HALF as seXXXy as Anderson??!
That’ll be sure to keep our attention until 10pm! LOLz.
