SUED! Angelina Slapped With Lawsuit For Allegedly Stealing Story For Her New Flick

A Croatian journalist is suing Angelina Jolie for stealing his idea.
Angelina wrote and directed In the Land of Blood and Honey, the ficitionalized story of a Serbian soldier falling in love with a Bosnian Muslim woman during the Bosnian War
Joseph J. Braddock, or Josip J. Knezevic, claims that he wrote an article in 2007, and that it is the basis of Angelina’s film.
Braddock claims the following in the court documents:

The Subject Work’s main female character is subject to continuous abuse and rape by soldiers and officers in the camp. In addition to being raped continuously by soldiers and officers, she is forced to become a servant at the camp headquarters, a duty assumed by very few of the captives. The Motion Picture’s main female character is also subject to continuous rape by soldiers and officers in the camp and subsequently becomes a servant at camp headquarters.

Braddock is coming after Angelina, GK Films and others for damages.
In The Land of Blood and Honey releases December 23rd.
