On Tuesday, songwriter Alex Greggs filed a lawsuit claiming Ariana Grande‘s 2014 hit One Last Time is EXTREMELY similar to his 2012 song Takes All Night, performed by EDM artist Skye Stevens!

According to legal docs, Greggs says the Dangerous Woman and producer David Guetta stole the music and lyrics of his song’s chorus!
He is demanding royalties from Ari’s track.
Alex is well-known in the music industry, working with stars such as Lady GaGa, Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, AND Michael Jackson.
