Jennette McCurdy is getting REAL about her relationship with Ariana Grande!
After the pair’s stint on the Nickelodeon sitcom Sam & Cat ended in July of 2014, Jennette threw some shade at Ariana in her webseries. The hysterical diss didn’t come as a huge surprise, considering it was rumored to be very tense between the ladies throughout the series.

Cut to now — McCurdy is giving the final word on the singer and it may surprise you!
The actress revealed:
“There is certainly like a friend dynamic but then once you’re around that person for├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥I mean,Carly, Sam & Cat├óΓé¼ΓÇ¥once we didn’t have child labor laws we could work like 16 hours a day so you are around these people constantly and It’s just natural that you’re gonna have ups and downs.
But you bond so much and you’re so close that you can’t go through that experience and…I can’t imagine a world where you would not come out extreme friends. I mean I have bonds with both Miranda Cosgrove and Ariana that are impenetrable.”
Makes sense to us! When you think about it, the actresses lived like sisters for YEARS and it’s understandable that there would be some sibling rivalry from time to time.
We wonder if Grande feels the same way about Jennette… especially in light of the webseries diss!
Regardless, it’s nice to see that the 22-year-old has moved on!
