On Thursday, Barstool Sports tweeted a photo of Pete Davidson and Ariana Grande from the 2018 MTV VMAs and asked readers if they thought the comedian had “butthole eyes.”

This comment didn’t sit well with Davidson’s fiancé, who quickly clapped back:

The 24-year-old Saturday Night Live star has long suffered from Crohn’s disease — a chronic inflammatory bowel disease that affects the lining of the digestive track.
Fans were quick to echo Ariana’s defense, hurling their own attacks at the blog’s account. Friday morning, Barstool Sports responded by saying:
