Life is sweet when you’re in love.
No one knows that more than Ariana Grande, who is yet again making it clear that she is the happiest she’s ever been in her life thanks to Pete Davidson.
In a new interview with Paper magazine, the Sweetener songstress admitted to finding a happiness she never felt before since dating the Saturday Night Live star and explained how that happiness reflected on her new album — especially one song (well, interlude) in particular.

Revealing that she titled an interlude on her album pete davidson because she “didn’t know what else to call it,” Ari dished:
“I played it for Tyler, the Creator and he was like, ‘I guess that title makes sense because if I wrote a song about how much I loved waffles and syrup I’d call it ‘Waffles and Syrup.'”
Ha! Sounds just as sweet.
While her love for Pete has changed her music, the songstress doesn’t think he’ll have too of an effect on her career. She added:
“He’s really supportive and just a positive thing all around in my life.”
The 25-year-old didn’t seemed too concerned about the details of their impending nuptials either, as she simply stated:
“All I know is that I’m happy with Pete, that’s all I really care about.”
We know, sis. We know.
