Ariana Grande Explains Why She's 'Finally' Able To 'Enjoy' Her Tour Amid Mental Health Struggles!

Ariana Grande talks with fans

Things are finally looking up for Ariana Grande!
The Grammy winner had a quick chat with her Twitter followers on Tuesday, where she answered some of their burning questions about how life has been going since her Sweetener tour kicked off back in March.
After starting the Q&A with the simple words “love u,” Ari spilled the tea on how she was feeling that day (A: “grateful!”), if she was excited to visit Europe in August (A: “very!”), and how she’s doing without her pets (A: she misses them all “so much”).

When one fan asked, “how’s life on tour tho,” the 25-year-old gave a candid response, writing back:

“Fine… hard work physically … but we do it. i’m grateful. i love the people i work with, this music and u guys. so much. plus, courtney’s here. i finally, truly feel like i’m able to be present / not in my head and enjoy this forreal. it’s nice.”

So great to hear!

For those who don’t know, “Courtney” is the songstress’ best friend Courtney Chipolone, who frequently appears on the superstar’s Instagram feed.
The break up with your boyfriend, i’m bored artist also said she’s been writing new music lately (!!) and loves what she’s been coming up with. She shared:

She tagged one of her songwriters Savan Kotecha in the post. Sounds like they’re cooking up something yummy!
We’re glad that Grande’s enjoying herself once again, seeing as she recently revealed that touring has had a negative impact on her mental health. As we reported, the star responded to a fan on Twitter who asked if touring has been positive for her, writing:

“i don’t think it is. honestly. it’s been v hard. i have sm on my mind and it’s so heavy and no energy to process or work thru any of it but i’m trying hard… and seeing u all is so nice. but it’s hard emotionally. i wish it were a year ago. i’d give anything.”

On top of that, the performer had to deal with a bit of a health scare last week due to “an unfortunate allergic reaction to tomatoes.” At the time, Ari-kins revealed on Instagram that she had to reschedule two Florida shows in Tampa Orlando because her “throat pretty much closed” after eating the fruit.
As she explained, the allergy discovery was a crushing blow to her Italian American identity:

“update: we discovered ….. that ….. i had an unfortunate allergic reaction to tomatoes and my throat pretty much closed. still feels like i’m swallowing a cactus but slowly making progress! thank u all for your love and understanding. can’t wait to get back to performing and to make it up to Tampa and Orlando in November. p.s. there is NOTHING MORE UNFAIR THAN AN ITALIAN WOMAN DEVELOPING AN ALLERGY TO TOMATOES IN HER MID TWENTIES…….”

Yikes. Clearly, Ariana’s been going through some bad s**t lately.
Don’t worry though… it’s only making her more savage.
