Ashley Greene's Apartment Fire Lawsuit From 2013 Finally Gets Settled

Ashley Greene can finally put all of this behind her.
After an apartment fire in 2013 that claimed the life of one of the actress’ fox terriers, the building’s doorman and four neighbors filed a lawsuit against her.

Their complaint was that the doorman, Adrian Mayorga, was injured while going door-to-door getting residents to safety.
Meanwhile, the neighbors also claimed that Ashley never apologized for the fire — which was caused by an unattended candle — and that she did not cooperate with the police investigation.
The Twilight star’s spokesperson released a statement following the settlement:

“A settlement between Ashley Greene and the plaintiffs has been reached in regards to the 2013 apartment fire and the lawsuit is finished.”

Details of the settlement have been kept private.
Good news for the actress, though. We hope she’s happy with the terms of the settlement and that the whole thing is over at last.
