That’s right, when his new lover got pregnant, the first person he called was his ex-wife. To rub it in??
Nope! To make sure she heard it from him first.
A source said:
“Demi was one of the first people Ashton called when he found out Mila was expecting his first child. While that might seem shocking to many given their bitter breakup, it├óΓé¼Γäós just Ashton’s style to inform Demi before the news broke. He was fully aware of how much Mila’s news would affect Demi and wanted to be the one to tell her personally.”
That’s so sweet of him! We bet he knew it’d probably be awkward but he manned up and did it anyway because that’s what a real man does.
The problem is, it still might have just been too soon for Demi.
The source went on to explain that Ashton might not realize how much he’s hurt Demi in the past, saying:
“He’s still in denial of how much hurt he’s caused Demi and friends are convinced he’d do anything to salvage a close friendship with Demi despite that.”
Although, apparently Ashton also knows that Demi knows he wants kids.
Maybe she’d be happy for him.
The source said:
“Demi knows how badly Ashton wants to be a father and have a huge family ├óΓé¼ΓÇ£ they tried to conceive a kid together for years with no luck. [Ashton] is desperate to have a big family, and it├óΓé¼Γäós something Mila and he have been open about with their friends. They├óΓé¼Γäóre both in a place in their careers where they can actually do this and make it work, but Ashton doesn├óΓé¼Γäót want any more drama with Demi and is keeping her in the loop out of what he says is courtesy.”
Well, we’re obviously super excited about Ashton and Mila’s baby, we just hope Demi is too.
