Diddy has been accused of sexually assaulting a luxury car renter — only stopping when a famous athlete walked in on them!
In a new court filing obtained by the New York Post on Tuesday, Sean Combs was accused by yet another victim, listed only as John Doe. The male accuser, who runs an LA-based business renting luxury cars and jewelry, had known Diddy as a customer for years. John claims he was invited to a launch party for the rapper’s vodka brand Ciroc sometime around 2022 — something he only decided to attend because Diddy promised other “high-profile guests in the music and entertainment business” would be there. Good for business and all.

In the middle of the event, Doe says, Diddy — already intoxicated — invited him into his private office. The 54-year-old rapper allegedly proceeded to strip off his clothes and expose himself to the guest. The lawsuit claimed:
“Combs continued to move closer and then grabbed Plaintiff’s genitals through his pants, squeezing them in a rough and sexual manner.”
Jeez.
John recalled feeling “shocked” by the sexual act:
“Plaintiff, shocked and disoriented, frozen momentarily and did not know how to respond to the weirdly inappropriate sexual advance made by Combs.”
The “situation escalated” until an unnamed athlete referred to as “Professional Athlete A” entered the office and intervened. Good for that person! We’ve heard a lot of allegations against Diddy at this point, some of which include other celebrities, and most of the time, horrifically, nobody steps in to help. So props to this person for doing the right thing! We don’t know who they are, just that this is a famous athlete who Doe recognized right away.
John then fled the room and left the party — but not before snapping photos during the evening, which show Diddy sitting on a couch with “other high profile individuals.” Their faces were redacted in the filing. See (below):
These allegations were made in the Southern District of New York late Sunday as one of five more new suits filed by Tony Buzbee. The attorney is of course representing more than 100 people coming forward with allegations of sexual misconduct against Diddy. Sunday’s batch of suits also included allegations from a victim who claimed she was just 13 when she was raped. BTW, Diddy no longer has a business relationship with the alcohol brand discussed in the suit.
The music mogul, who is currently in jail without bond, has denied all the allegations levied against him so far and pleaded not guilty to federal charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, transportation to engage in prostitution, and more. But the allegations just keep coming! Oof.
