More new allegations are coming out against Diddy. And they are just as disturbing as what we’ve already been following.
As we’ve been covering for weeks now, the rapper born Sean Combs is in jail at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, New York on charges of racketeering, sex trafficking, and transportation to engage in prostitution. Since then, scores of new lawsuits have come out alleging various acts of incredibly unsettling behavior on Diddy’s part. And now, there’s even more.

On Sunday night, lawyer Tony Buzbee and his Buzbee Law Firm filed five new lawsuits with the court in the Southern District of New York, two more in legal venues in Las Vegas, and another two in court in Los Angeles. These nine brand-new legal actions are part of the 120 lawsuits Buzbee had previously said that he’d be filing against the Bad Boy Records mogul. And the details of at least one of them have already been made public.
That lawsuit centers on a woman identified only as Jane Doe. She claims that she was 13 years old on September 7, 2000 when she tried to attend the MTV Video Music Awards. She couldn’t get into the show without a ticket. So, she began approaching limousine drivers parked outside after the event with queries about attending an after-party. One of the drivers allegedly worked for Diddy, according to Variety, who was first to report the lawsuit. The unnamed woman claims that he drove her to a party.
Once at the party, she says that she signed a non-disclosure agreement, and then accepted a drink. But after only one cocktail, she allegedly “began to feel woozy and lightheaded.” So, she went to an empty bedroom looking for a place to lie down.
There, according to her, Combs himself allegedly entered the room along with “a male and female celebrity.” The woman in Buzbee’s suit claims that the male celebrity raped her while the female celebrity watched. Then, Combs allegedly raped her while both the male and the female celebrity looked on.
Neither the male nor female celebrity allegedly involved in the incident have been publicly named. But after the assault, the plaintiff — who now lives in Alabama — noted that she “fell into a deep depression which continues to affect every facet of her life.”
Ugh…
Per that same news outlet, neither Diddy himself nor his legal team have responded to these new allegations yet. The suits were only filed on Sunday night, after all. But regardless, Diddy has previously denied all the allegations against him. For now, the rap mogul still remains in jail at MDC Brooklyn after his arrest a little more than a month ago.
