Mattel is offering an Ava DuVernay Barbie doll — and you can get it just in time for Christmas!

Fans of the Selma director have been working on the toy company to include her in their series of “Sheroes,” a line of Barbie dolls inspired by real women who can then auction off a limited number — with proceeds going towards a charity of their choice.
It’s a great idea for charity, and a wonderful idea for Barbie — and Ava’s doll is AH-mazing!!

According to tweets, a limited number of these Barbie dolls will be available starting Monday — but Mattel hasn’t yet announced when and where people can buy them.
