Earlier this week, the Sk8ter Boi singer and the On The Way Down artist were spotted getting cozy while out to dinner at STK Midtown in New York. Well, well!

According to TMZ, the duo were seen sipping on some rosé alongside their romantic meal of filet and foie gras. Not to mention, sources claim the twosome were getting particularly close as they cuddled throughout their dinner and even kissed a couple of times. Aww!
Of course, this update contradicts Miz Lavigne’s previous claims that she and Ryan are just friends. In case you forgot, the 34-year-old crashed with the blonde beauty back in November after splitting from girlfriend Katie Krause. While at the time it was believed the musicians were just living together platonically, we now wonder if something more was going on.
Still, who knows what’s going on in Avril’s dating life these days as she is regularly spotted with ex Chad Kroeger. Also, Ryan was in NYC for his My2K tour — and we know how hard it can be to maintain a relationship while on the road.
