And it ain’t pretty!
As we previously reported, Avril Lavigne and Brody Jenner got into it with some people at the Roosevelt Hotel in El Lay this weekend. At first, we didn’t know the extent of the pair’s injuries. Then, they each took to Twitter to assure their fans that they were alright. Brody admitted to having a “scratch” or two from the broken bottle smashed over his head, but it sounds like Avril took one hell of a beating herself. Not only did she explain the extent of the damage, but she also clarified the story a bit.
She posted:
“I don’t fight. I don’t believe in it. To clear things up I got attacked by 5 people last night out of nowhere. Not cool. My face is fucked.
As in black eye, bloody nose, hair ripped out, scratches, bruises and cuts. So not ok to be abusive to others. Violence is NEVER the answer”
OMG!! How awful?! Whatever could have provoked such violence, we wonder? We guess we can never underestimated the power and stupidity of alcohol, but this just seems so unnecessary. There must be more to this story.
But even if there is, Avril is right. Violence is not and NEVER the answer. These people should be ashamed of their actions.
