Talk about some good deeds!
The Wild About Wildlife Rescue Center in Kilmore, Victoria took in a baby wombat after its mother was killed after getting hit by a car.
The Milligan family then took in the baby from that center, and nursed it all the way back to health!
They used ultra warm blankets, a lot of bottled feedings, and a ton of work, but Elvis, that’s the wombat’s name, is doing amazing!!
And he’s cute as can be, too!
What makes this story so impressive is how dependent baby wombat’s are on their mother. The fact that Elvis lost his mother, and was still able to grow healthily without any complications is a testament to the Milligan family’s care and goodwill!
