Chris Brown is preparing for his 21st birthday in May and planning a huge bash, but the problem is that no one wants to host it!

The domestic abuser has been scouting for clubs in New York, Miami and Las Vegas and NO ONE is giving him the okay to have his party at their venue.

“(Some club promoters) don’t want to mess up their relationship, or their potential relationship, with Rihanna,” claims a source.
