Bachelorette Becca Kufrin Happily Confirms She's Engaged: 'It's Been A Whirlwind'!

It’s likely that the (now hated) season 22 Bachelor no longer crosses Becca Kufrin‘s mind — as the current Bachelorette is totally engaged. The race car driver’s previously jilted fianc├â┬⌐e confirmed this happy news ahead of her season’s premiere of the ABC dating competition.

On finally getting her happy ending, Miz Kufrin spilled to People:

“I am engaged! It was the happiest moment of my life. And it feels so good to say it. I still pinch myself, like, did that all just happen? It’s been a whirlwind.”

And, tbh, the Minnesota-based publicist totally deserves this happiness. In case you forgot, Becca’s former fianc├â┬⌐ left her heartbroken, after he dumped her on camera for runner up Lauren Burnham. To make matters worse, Luyendyk went on to propose to Lauren during the After the Final Rose special.
In regards to her public heartbreak, Becca noted:

“I went through the grieving process. I was confused and angry and all the emotions you go through a heartbreak with.”

Fair, fair. However, once the Bachelorette gig was presented as an option, she knew she couldn’t give up on finding love once more. She continued:

“Yes, I fell in love and we were engaged. But that ended. And I realized nothing since then changed. I still wanted to find my partner, and I wasn’t going to let anything stop me.”

YASSS, girl. While Becca can’t share any specifics about her engagement, she did reveal that her ring is “very beautiful” (and hopefully better than the one Arie gave her).
